The APC delegate died in his hotel room in Abuja while waiting to vote at the conference, according to reports.

A representative from the All Progressives Congress is said to have died in his hotel room.
Alhaji Isa Baba Buji, an APC delegate from Jigawa State’s Buji Local Government Area (LGA), died this afternoon in Abuja at the age of 61.
The manner in which the delegate died, as well as the cause of his death, are unknown.
Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, Vice President, confirmed the terrible news.
He expressed his sadness about the delegate’s departure.
In a statement by Laolu Akande, one of his aides, Osinbajo extended his condolence to the deceased’s family, associates, government and people of the Jigawa State. He also prayed that his soul rests in peace.
