SCOAN Disciples Summoned by EFCC Over Suspected Loot of Late T.B Joshua’s Money

According to reports, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) may have summoned 20 members of the Synagogue Church of All Nations ( SCOAN ) for questioning in connection with alleged financial fraud and diversion of monies left by the late SCOAN founder, Temitope Balogun Joshua.

Nigerian and international church prophets and prophetesses are among those invited.

The church is expected to free them to report for an interview through the Special Investigation Team, according to a letter of invitation seen by NG Times yesterday.

The followers are being investigated for allegedly syphoning monies and violating the church’s vault, according to a letter issued by EFCC’s Lagos State Zonal Commander, Ahmed Ghali.

Obasa Damilola Tinuola, Obasa Folake, Mosun Adeloju, Yakubu Abeni, Omoitoh Omoye, Adebola Olamide Morenike, Bousso Racine, Eugune Rademeyer, Cindy Elizabeth Widjaja, Fanny Elma Alfred, Angela Marie Brandt, Graham Nadine, Tonge Christopher, Catherine Ann Farr, Enrique Miguel, Olayinka Olayinka Deborah Egbejobi, Mari-Anne Uchechi Ibe, Joseph David Omojevbe, Tonge Ruth, and Allison Polo Sandoval.

The invitees, according to a source who spoke on the condition of anonymity to The Guardian yesterday, include prophets from Nigeria, Mexico, South Africa, and Senegal who had been in close contact with the deceased prophet and are alleged to have emptied a vault of money located in the church since T.B Joshua’s death, as well as put up his private plane for sale.

They have carried out huge fraud that has made many of them multi-millionaires since Baba’s death. Many of them are on the list of EFCC. They are up to 20. They seized the church immediately after the Prophet died in June and didn’t want his wife, Mrs. Evelyn Joshua, to be part of the church. They have made themself Overseers. They have established a governing council with some living in the prayer mountains. They went to the vault at night and used a Ghana-Must-Go bag to loot money. They also went to open the Emmanuel global network where they asked international partners to donate without the knowledge of Evelyn,” the source said.
