Tonto Dikeh, a philanthropist and Nollywood actress, claims she is destined to control Nigeria in the future.
In a post on her Instagram page, the 36-year-old actress disclosed her plans.
The mother of one also sent some images of herself in what appeared to be a leadership school, though she didn’t say what school it was or what course she was doing.
“Education is the passport to the future,” she said, “for those who prepare for tomorrow today own it.”
“Back to school, I am determined to rule this country someday. I am in the process [of getting] the quality of life I want.”
This isn’t the first time the actress has spoken out about her desire to run for office.
Tonto Dikeh discussed why she hasn’t taken movie parts in the past and her ambition to become a senator or governor in July 2020.
“I can do it. I’m in the process; I’ve started. I’ve been watching the grounds. I’m not going to be identifying with any political party at the moment until 2023,” she had said.
Prince Kpokpogri, a Nigerian politician and anti-corruption activist, was recently revealed as the actress’s new lover.
Dikeh and her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, married in 2015, but the marriage ended in a shambles two years later.
In 2019, the actress said that her once-romantic relationship with Churchill soured after her concerns about him being involved in cyber fraud and rituals were proven.
