Over 70 demonstrators entered Gani Fawehinmi Park in Lagos, and the Nigerian Police used water canon to disperse them.

The NG Times Online News saw some white commercial buses carrying passengers wearing charms and chanting, “Let us go there.” We’re here to help them.”

Even as other traditional worshippers dressed in white marched to the protest field in support of the Yoruba Nation’s demand.

However, some security operative in Lagos have rubbed out one street trader in the ongoing protest in Lagos. The police are also make moves to arrest as many agitators as possible.
